Now that you know how to deposit, how do you withdraw your winnings? You don’t want all that money sitting in your account doing nothing. To start a withdrawal, go to your MY ACCOUNT page, then click on CASHOUT under the MY WALLET section to the right.
A new window will open, and since I deposited money with a credit card before the card information is already set up. If you have more than one card on file, you can click a specific one from a dropdown list. Then, type the amount you want to withdraw. When you’re ready, click CASH OUT.
Next, you’ll receive confirmation of your withdrawal in an e-mail, and in the next window. Note that if you do have bonus credits to play with, you may have to use that up or play through the wager requirement before you can withdraw anything.
A withdrawal may take some time to go back on your chosen payment method, so you will have a chance to change your mind. If you want to cancel your withdrawal, go back to your MY WALLET section. You’ll see a red dot with the number of transactions beside PENDING CASHOUTS. Click on it to open a new window.
In the new window, you’ll see a list of all of your pending cashouts. Click the blue X to cancel your decision, and the money will return to your Casino Room account. You will receive a confirmation e-mail so you know that it went through.

I know from firsthand experience that their responses are fast. I had a problem activating my account because the code wasn’t coming to my phone.
